No. If your computer has a pci-e slot you can purchase a USB 3.0 PCI express host card.

3.0 is backwards compatible, but not forwards, your best bet is to buy an add on 3.0 card depending on your machine, desktop, laptop etc, but their inexpensive and easy to install
