“What software does it use to back up files from pc to drive? This is not like my older WD My Passport. Having trouble with it. I may return it and get another manufacturer.”

Hi Man13, As of February 2025, Western Digital has separated into two independent companies and the support process for your Western Digital and Sandisk branded products may have changed.
