• Your better off getting one for each. Some of the support files needed to run the games need to be accessible from the same directory. If you try a splitter for the USB, just not sure if it might have similar file names for each game and that could cause an error when accessing the games of two systems intermixed in one drive location.

• Can’t be used for both systems, I use mine for my Xbox one because it is formatted to that system. You would need an additional HDD for your PlayStation.

• You can use on any new-ish computer type system. It should work on the xbox one S & X. It should also work on PS4 Pro. CAUTION of you move if from one to the other It will reformat and erase everything on it
