• Yes, it does come in a few colors. There is a small light indicating when it's plugged in to the computer.

• Yes it comes in Black / Red / Light blue but not all stores have all the colors.

• I have one in black and it has a light that holds steady when the drive is mounted then flashes when it is unmounted.
