• No. Just the USB cord. Most applications do not require external power, if you do you'll need a different drive.

• I've got a 1TB WD MyBook External USB that's got a power cord. Bought from Target about 2 years ago.

• The Passport Ultra powers thru USB cable so there is not an external power connection.
