• Yes, it will work with Windows 10. It will auto recognize and install necessary drivers. Win XP should also auto load the drive, if you have that option set up.

• It works just by plugging it in and you can switch between Windows 10 and Xp with no issues

• It works fine with my laptop, which runs on win10. Not so sure about XP, but it definitely works with 10

• Works fine with several of my Windows 10 computers. XP is problematic, as the XP operating system does not support the NTFS format of this drive.

• Yes, it works with Windows 10. Depending on your XP configuration, if you plug it in to XP computer and it tries to format the disk, do not allow it, for the most part it should be recognized and usable in both operating systems.
