- Answer Yes you can back up all files and photos as long as you have the space available on your external hard drive. You may want to delete duplicate files/photos for better space management.

QuestionI dropped my Passport this morning. The case came apart. I put the pieces together and found I cannot access the files on it. This is a huge problem for me. Is my passport toast or is there someway to copy the files to a new passport? TIA
