None, that is what this drive is inside the packaging. This is the retail kit. See my attached screenshot from my NAS showing the two I just picked up recently.

The WD40EFRX is usually classified as a bare drive (brown box) whereas this particular one is a retail version (has screws and instructions). But, when you look at the retail version drive, it uses the WD40EFRX name as well.
