If you mean 2 different systems as in different brands, no. I own multiple Xbox One systems and I can move my portable HDDs between the consoles with no issue. If a different profile is logged in the other console as long as they own the game they can play whatever games are installed on the HDD.

Please try again later.I have but it depends on the game launchers and where they think the games are (assuming you mean pc?) if you mean console then absolutely yes and it’s a piece of cake however the games are still locked to the user that owns the licenses so like you can’t copy all your games then give this to your friend and have him be able to play them if he’s not on your account for game sharing. For pc the computer gets confused sometimes and the games need to be re-validated or verified and sometimes this doesn’t always work which will force you to re-install them so the new system recognizes where the games are. That sucks.
