No, they don't. This particular one does not, but there is a WD_Black 750 with a heatsink. Of course, it will usually cost more. Looks like right now it's out of stock. If you need an SSD specifically for PS5 then include 'PS5 ready' in your search terms. I believe there are certain required specifications for PS5 that a lot of SSDs do not meet.
