Hi Anne! Glad to hear that you love your grill! To clean your grates, you will preheat the grill on high and then brush the grates clean. If you need a deeper clean check out the Weber cleaners and if you use water on them make sure they are fully dried. And yes, we make a cover for the 3200, look for item 7112. Thanks!
