Excellent Grill, easy to assemble
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the baby brother of this grill for many years... the Q 1000 series single burner. The great thing about the Q-series Weber grills is the very tight grates--you can even grill shrimp directly on the grate and not have to worry about them falling through. I decided to upgrade as I need the additional grilling area, and I am very happy that I did. Besides the larger grilling area, this grill, with the dual burners, heats up very very quickly. Also, assembly is easy and takes 1 hour or less.

Perfect
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best grill I ever owned. I bought this specifically for the cast iron grates and the option to swap it out for other components. Pain in the backside to clean but, well worth it.

Grill
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This grill does a great job with small or large amounts of food. I like that it doesn't take up as much space as the big grills and can handle cooking like a bigger grill . Light weight so it is easy to move around. It was a challenging to assemble because the directions were hard to follow.

New grill
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My husband loves the grill. It is the right size for the 2 of us. However, the frame did crack while moving it out the door. Weber has agreed to send us a new piece.

Great grill!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this grill! We have the smaller size and decided to upgrade. Compared to smaller love the dual burner option. Lots of room and easier to control the temp. Easy assembly as well. Highly recommend.

great grill
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LOVE IT! this is a very good investment, it is really easy to clean. I found my self always buying those big unnecessary. grills that just take up a lot of space, this grill cooks the same amount of food as any 5 burner grill without taking up a lot of space on your yard or deck

Q: QuestionI have had this grill for a few years and love it! Have already replaced the original grates with the porcelain coated iron ones. 1. Can I wash the grates in my dishwasher? 2. Can I purchase a new Weber cover for the grill?
Asked by Anne.
- A:Answer Hi Anne! Glad to hear that you love your grill! To clean your grates, you will preheat the grill on high and then brush the grates clean. If you need a deeper clean check out the Weber cleaners and if you use water on them make sure they are fully dried. And yes, we make a cover for the 3200, look for item 7112. Thanks!

Q: QuestionWhen turning on the grill, it says you should see flames, however I do not see any flames but can feel heat.. Is that normal? Is the main burner on and will it light the lower burner?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hi! It is very common to not be able to see a clean blue flame when it's bright and sunny outside. If you can feel heat coming from the grill then it is on. Be sure to press the igniter to light the 2nd burner. Hopefully, this helps.
