“When turning on the grill, it says you should see flames, however I do not see any flames but can feel heat.. Is that normal? Is the main burner on and will it light the lower burner?”

Hi! It is very common to not be able to see a clean blue flame when it's bright and sunny outside. If you can feel heat coming from the grill then it is on. Be sure to press the igniter to light the 2nd burner. Hopefully, this helps.
