Hi Larry, thank you for your interest! Only the left-hand side table folds down on the Spirit II E-310. The dimensions with the lid closed H: 44.5", W: 52", D: 27" and W (table down): 42". The dimensions with the lid open H: 57", W: 52", D: 26", and W (table down): 42. For safety reasons, there should always be 24" of open space around all sides of the grill, including the top and bottom. If you have any questions or want to know more, we're always here to help!
