Hello, the Verizon booster registration requires its customers to sign in to register a booster. The FCC wants everyone to register signal boosters with their carrier, but it is not required for it to function. In other words, it will work the same if it's registered or not. Often times, cell carriers aren't very familiar with signal boosters, understandably, because they aren't their products.
