Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you had Webroot already installed in your computer and purchased another subscription. The trick is to first "uninstall" the old version from your computer. I have to do this every year when re-subscribing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had trouble installing webroot when I got it home. Turns out, I clicked on some bogus site. Once I got to the real site I had no problem with the install. So make sure it is a real webroot site or maybe contact Best Buy.
