I purchased a 3 year subscription from Bestbuy. Now I am following the instructions on the inside of disc case. After I click “Renew Now” it takes me to a page to purchase a subscription even though I already bought the subscription at Bestbuy. Help? null

I would call or stop by your neighbor hood Best Buy. Their Geek Squad will help you with this. I have gone in for similar issues and they didn't charge be anything.

If you had Webroot already installed in your computer and purchased another subscription. The trick is to first "uninstall" the old version from your computer. I have to do this every year when re-subscribing.

I had trouble installing webroot when I got it home. Turns out, I clicked on some bogus site. Once I got to the real site I had no problem with the install. So make sure it is a real webroot site or maybe contact Best Buy.

My wife tried to install it herself but it wasn't working so we took it back to Best Buy when we were having Geek Squad check our computer. The Geek Squad installed it for us. It works great.

Call the 800 number on your receipt and explain the situation to them and they should be able to help you
