Please try again later.I would assume that you will need to go online to Webroot''s website, sign-in and enter your product ID that came with your purchase and have them download the software protection. That's what I had to with both Malwarebytes and McAfee Total Protection when I purchase my new Dell Inspiron, transfering my existing software protection to my new computer.
