Go to product support Do the chat feature Tell the bot you'd like to cancel the autorenew feature of the webroot 6 month subscription plan It will ask if you want to end service immediately and get a prorated refund, or if you just want to turn off the autorenew feature. Once you select your choice, it will do it for you
