• No the year of coverage will start when you activate the services.

• You get a full year the day you install but any days left on your previous subscription are lost if you are shifting from online subscription to in-store purchase. Here's what Webroot support told me: "Best Buy handles all of their subscriptions separately from us. Therefore we are unable to combine our accounts with theirs."

• You can wait if you like but it does go against your full coverage , the day you purchase your item that the software came with it starts coverage on that day , so you may wanna install it asap. Its easy to install.

• Not if you installed it as it connects to the Internet and their servers so it is registered and can get up-dates. Your best bet is not to install it until you are ready.
