“I got an email that I need to renew, I did and got a thankyou but no Key My original webroot was installed at Best Buy when I bought the laptop, now I have spent $49.99 and still no renew, how do I get the key, I called for help but connection was so bad I couldn't hear him. Please Help”

• Bad connection? If you're calling from a cell phone, remove the lifeproof cover if you have one on it . My lifeproof constantly gives me heck, but its waterproof. whoopee

• we have found that the auto renew is typically more expensive and complicated them buying the disc and doing the install yourself

• We were notified of renewal on the Web Root program before it lapsed. We went out and purchased the current one which we are using now.
