“A warning box comes up that says " your subscription to webroot secureanywhere has expired. It says Windows defender antivirus will protect you. I can't do anything with my laptop with selecting Renew or Uninstall. Is this legit?”

• I HAVE NEVER SEEN THAT KIND OF MESSAGE FROM WEB ROOT. WEB ROOT ALWAYS START VA COUNTDOWN IN DAYS TO WHEN IT EXPIRES AND GIVE YOU A BOX TO CONNECT AND RENEW.

• I'm not sure..I just put it on my lap top..I had no problem with the install. But its suppose to be a 2 year protection plan.
