You dont need extra security software if you are using Windows 10. Uninstall Webroot. It is useless. Click Cortana, type 'Update' and press Enter. This portion of windows 10 keepings your system updated with Microsoft's built-in virus and network protection. Adding another security system on top of the original will only cause malfunctions. Microsoft has 1,000 times as many people actively working to improve Win10 security than Webroot does. Webroot is spam. Webroot could potentially be used by malicious nerds as weak point in order to attack your computer. This has happened on Comodo, google it if you think I'm joking.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You should have gotten an 800 number to call or send them an email. They'll promptly reply & get a scan going. I am very happy with their phone calls & emails! They should offer you a repeat scan in a day or so after fixing your issues!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If your purchased a multi machine license then you can run the software on more than one machine. Install and run the software.. Follow the prompts carefully. Also run diskclean (a native Microsoft component of the OS) to clean up and remove temporary and junk files. Afterwards run the software again and make certain it is set to run automatically once a week, be sure that the time and day you select your machine will be online
