Called the geeks and they got it done for me

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ya gotta go back to your purchase confirmation page, the one that shows what you just bought. Try to find a product key or try to download it and the product key just appears. It took me awhile to keep going through the confirmation page and try to install it a few times. Eventually it all comes together. I've done it for two different Chromebooks and just wore the thing down.
