• You can call Geek Squad and they will give it to you over the phone, I had to do that last week.

• The peel off tag has a small 2 piece area near the bottom that is all but impossible to accurately peel off and read. I got my Webroot for free with a surface pro purchase, but after researching online, I found many Free programs that did the same as this item, but did not cost after the web root free trial. Good Luck
