Please try again later.if you trying to install and dont have an option to talk to webroot by via instant message, then go here to the website and they will give you a special key www.webroot.com/GEEKSQUADdownload. you can call them too on the phone, or do it over the computer
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would go back to the store in person, being the receiot, as they can see the lady 4 digits of the product key on it, and show them the first number ripped. I'm not 100% sure they will honor that, but it doesn't hurt to try. ....I would. Good luck
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this issue, but the software had been installed by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I called them, and they still had the keycode. That allowed me to install Webroot on two more computers. Before calling Best Buy, I attempted an email to Webroot, but solved the problem over the phone with the Geek Squad. Not sure if I ever heard back from Webroot.
