In addition to what you have requested, I received an additional one year Geek Squad Warranty. Total cost was $200.26, tax included. Not a bad deal, especially the shape my laptop was in.

When I ask them about the problems I'm having with Micro 10, the Geeks say Micro is working on the problems, Microsoft doesn't want to talk about it. Stay away from Micro 10 if you like 8.1 stay with it 10 is NOT an improvement, And I will stay away from Best Buy from now on, they assume no responsiblity

My PC was hacked into, and my IP address was stolen. I've owned my laptop for nearly 5 years now, and it's much less expensive to maintain it than purchase a new one. Since I have a valid Windows 7 license, I should be able to upgrade to Windows 10 for no charge. I use my laptop every single day, and I should be good to go for at least another 2 years with no additional maintenance expense. I had a printer problem, and a Geek Squad agent worked on it remotely for 4 hours going far beyond just the printer issue. He really did a great job, and I fell asleep while he was fixing my computer, LOL.
