“how much is the annual renewal rate. I find it disturbing that the account is set up for auto renew, but you can't disclose how much it will be. Same with the Total Tech support. It would be nice to know exactly how much you are charging.”

Yes, I am so frustrated! I also have Total Tech, same thing, no price and set for auto renewal which I want but not if BestBuy is going to withhold the cost from the customer.
