• Yes, but it is quite easy to remove. I use a microfiber cloth to clean the polish off.

• This product is off-white in color. To use our Weiman Heavy Duty Cooktop Cleaner & Polish, allow surface to cool before cleaning. Shake bottle well and apply product to cooktop. Clean with Weiman Cook Top Scrubbing Pads or paper towel. Buff with a clean, dry paper towel afterwards to achieve a shine.
