• The promo price only worked when you had 2 in your cart. I had purchased one at $16, the got the 2 for $20 later and returned the $16 purchase. Worked for me.

• I had them same issue. So I purchased them separately and picked up in store. I think it was a glitch in the system.

• There was a special deal where you could get 2 for $10 each. But if you only bought one, it was $16. Deal is over now.

• You have to be signed in to Best Buy and have two in the cart to get the $10 per unit price. I bought 4 today and will be returning tomorrow.
