• Yes it can turn anything on and off that you use the plugs for. I use one for my bearded dragon tank. It turns the lights on and off for me rather I'm home or not. Hope this answers your question.

• Unlikely. It would work only if the tv was designed to turn on when it receives power.

• Yes, it will turn On/Off anything that plugs into an outlet.

• You can trigger the outlet on or off. How your tv works will dictate whether it will come on or not. Most tv’s these days if powered off, will not automatically come back on.
