No. Your lights would have to be wired so that three of them are on one dimmer switch and the other two are on another dimmer switch to do that. This smart dimmer, and all smart dimmers and switches, only act to control a circuit the same as a normal dimmer or switch would control it, the only difference is you can turn the switch on and off through your phone or other smart device. But it will turn all lights on the circuit on or off when activated. It can also be used, by holding it for two seconds, to turn on another WeMo switch or smart outlet. I use it in this capacity to activate the smart outlets that control my undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. Your best bet for what you are trying to accomplish might be to buy smart, dimmable LED lightbulbs, such as those made by Phillips. You cannot turn them on or off from the smart device unless the switch they are connected to is already on. But if you always leave that switch on, you can turn them on and off from your smart device as you wish and control them individually from there, rather than from a switch. In this instance, it is the bulbs you are controlling, not the switch.
