• If you're referring to a 3-way (multi-location control) switches, then the Wemo Dimmer is not compatible with it, Jgriff.

• Yes, but works much better as a single pole application. It will require a neutral connection so make sure you have a neutral connection in the box before you start. All smart switches will require a neutral connection because of the housekeeping voltage.
