Can I mirror my android phone to its screen? null

I tried to screen mirror the streaming apps on my phone to the tv and it wouldnt work. The video came up on my phone and the audio on the tv.with a black screen. Apparently they both have to be on the same wifi. My other tv (a different brand), screen mirrors with out any problems.. So im returning this tv back
