“Does this tv have a web browser& will it play in color recieving a PAL M signal?”

• Mine does not have web browser. I called Westinghouse today and they said this model only has 6 apps and no browser.

• Yes, it has a web browser. I'm not overly familiar with the PAL-M signal aspect of your question, but my guess would be "NO". That's a fairly technical issue that you should try to check out with the manufacturer if at all possible. Hope that's helpful!
