With this TV, you will be able to only add apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney + etc. In order for you to obtain local channels, you would need to purchase and install your cable, satellite, or HDTV antenna. It doesn't automatically pick up local channels. If you Spectrum for example as your TV provider, you will be able to add the Spectrum App into your TV and obtain access to your channels through the app.
