• To watch ANY streaming service, such as Netflix or Hulu, you will have to get a streaming device, such as Roku, Chromecast, or AppleTV or use a gaming console (XBOX, PS4, etc) to access those services. As such, you cannot connect an ethernet cable to this television because it is not a SMART television.

• I don't even know of any TV's that have an Ethernet port. If you lack a blu-ray player or Xbox360 or one, ps3/4, Wii, etc. You can buy something like amazon fire stick or Chromecast for $20-30.

• If you don't have WiFi you could purchase Amazon Fire TV, not the stick version, and use that for Netflix.
