• Try under settings changing screen display from widescreen to fullscreen.

• If I'm not wrong on the remote it has zoom in settings and from there you could adjust it. I had the same problem

• Check your setup settings. (AKA - read the manual. Ü) There is a setting for filling the screen or what they call overfill. If you use overfill, be prepared to have a lower quality picture as the screen really can compensate for the overfill correctly.
