• You get Hulu by using a Roku or similar device. It only has three built-in apps: Netflix, YouTube and AccuWeather.

• You can't, because it's not there. The TV isn't advertised as having Hulu, and it doesn't have Hulu. It's not going to have Hulu, either because it's a cheap TV that doesn't allow app downloads or updates to the app selection.
