“What causes the tv to get suck on a scene and blink rapidly when using wifi? Happens on Netflix and Vudu. I have to shut it off and turn it back on to clear the issue. Very frustrating.”

your home wifi network is weak or too slow to have unabated streaming. If its the signal use a hard line from your internet modem/router into the tv. if that doesn't solve it upgrade your home internet speeds.
