• it has hot buttons for the apps. for Netflix for sure. There are not that many apps.

• The remote is pretty usable (even for old eyes). There are buttons for Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, VUDU and something called ToonGoogle(cartoons for youngsters). The Netflix button is LARGE and the others are easy to manage once you know where they are. It is a large remote and I feel that it is easy to manage. My wife with poor eyes agrees.

• Yes it does have a big Netflix button and the others are colored according to the preinstalled app.

• Yes the remote is big and easily readable. And it has the shortcut apps buttons on to get right to it. I love the fact that the buttons are spread out more so you are not pressing the wrong key.
