• no its not a smart tv. you would have to connect a devise to it that could stream.

• You will need a separate device like Roku, Fire TV, Xbox One, PS 4, etc. that plugs into one of the HDMI ports.

• Not directly, but there's another Westinghouse TV for $20 more that is a SMART tv and probably has netflix built in. Personally I'd rather have netflix etc. in my bluray player because that's cheaper to replace when technology advances.
