QuestionI got this TV last week and it won"t play the apps. I signed in on Roku. Talked to a Roku person and they can't figure out what's wrong. I can't even use the mirroring option. It won't work. My internet was checked and it's not that. I trashed the box.

- Answer Spectrum does not support Roku. This may be the reason you cannot display your apps. I had problems with screen mirroring. I ended up having to go through setup again to make sure it’s on wireless and it finally worked on my iPad.

- Answer You have to get a wall mount that fits a 50" tv. A 32 will not support it because the TV is too heavy for that mount.

QuestionDo you need to unplug RF headphones to get the sound to work on the tv or can you keep the headphones plugged in? My Hisense TV makes you unplug the headphones from the tv before the sound will work on the TV.
