A:AnswerNo, it isn't a Smart TV. But in my opinion Smart TVs are overrated, it's way better to have a computer or a set-up box (like AppleTV or Chromecast) connected via HDMI doing the "smart" part.
A:AnswerI've heard others complain about Westinghouse TVs too. I have a Westinghouse UW46T7HW 46" LED that I purchased in 2013. It was a replacement by Westinghouse for a 2011 model that stopped working within the 2 yr. warranty period. Now the replacement for reasons unknown will no longer turn on despite my attempt to "reboot" according to advice on forums. Seems there may be some guaranteed obsolescence built into their TVs.
