I've heard others complain about Westinghouse TVs too. I have a Westinghouse UW46T7HW 46" LED that I purchased in 2013. It was a replacement by Westinghouse for a 2011 model that stopped working within the 2 yr. warranty period. Now the replacement for reasons unknown will no longer turn on despite my attempt to "reboot" according to advice on forums. Seems there may be some guaranteed obsolescence built into their TVs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought my 4th Westinghouse TV. One 32" stopped working after 8+ years while I have another 32" and a 42" still running after 11+ years. There was a significant number of complaints about the poor picture quality of the new 55" I just bought a few days ago and I have no idea how those people got to that conclusion. When I look at what I got for less than $300 I am very happy - and the picture quality is way more than I even expected from such an inexpensive 55" TV. Plus, I am pretty sure it will last longer than that less than 4 year old LG 50" this new Westinghouse 55" is replacing
