The ice storage bin holds about 600 g (approximately 1.3 lbs) of ice at a time. When the bin is full, the ice maker will automatically stop producing ice until some ice is removed. How often you need to empty the bin depends on your usage, but for continuous use, we recommend transferring the ice to a freezer periodically. For reference, the unit can produce up to 12 kg (about 26 lbs) of ice in 24 hours.
