• We have it about 4 inches from the wall and it can only turn about 20 degrees. If the tv was 60"'s I think it would need to be at least 30"s from the wall to rotate a full 90 degrees so about 15"s to reach 45 degrees

• The stand needs to be inches away from the wall to rotate the TV.
