“I bought a 65" Samsung q80t with this TV stand but when it came to install the 2 vertical brackets to the back of the TV, the proper bolts (M8 diameter "HHH") that were included are too short with the large spacer. Please advise.”

Hi Hank, if the TV is completely flat on the back, you do not need the spacers. Unfortunately, our TV Mounting Kit only includes the most commonly used bolts; they will not fit every brand/size of TV. If none of them fit, please reach out to the TV manufacturer for further assistance.
