“I bought a 65" Samsung q80t with this TV stand but when it came to install the 2 vertical brackets to the back of the TV, the proper bolts (M8 diameter "HHH") that were included are too short with the large spacer. Please advise.”

• Hi Hank, if the TV is completely flat on the back, you do not need the spacers. Unfortunately, our TV Mounting Kit only includes the most commonly used bolts; they will not fit every brand/size of TV. If none of them fit, please reach out to the TV manufacturer for further assistance.

• Same problem with my flatscreen, took the short screws to Lowes and purchased longer bolts. Works great after that.
