• Make sure your mount is centered, use tape measure to be sure as well as level. Make sure you follow step by step instructions and all fasteners are tightened. Hope this helps you.

• You have to make sure that when you install the brackets to the back of the TV, both of them are the same height. In other words, they use the same-height holes.
