• No. My son put ours together and nothing is bolted to the wall. It is holding our 58" just fine.

• This product is sold with one set of Tipping Restraint Hardware Kit. You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware between the wall and the TV console to prevent any accidents and/or damages.

• It Does Not. I Have My 55" Samsung Mounted With The Brackets & Nothing Is Mounted To The Wall. The TV Seems Light Enough, Plus With All The Peripherals You Add Ti It, It Will Weigh The Stand More.

• I purchase this unit and mounted a 49" Toshiba to the stand and did not bolt the stand to the wall. So far, 2 months, I have not had any problems, even when I moved the the unit back to the wall after mounting it and when I had to move it out to add a Chromecast.
