“The Swivel Bracket will NOT swivel at all. It is stuck in one position. How can I get it to swivel? I am unable to complete my installation on the spine assembly until I know how to get the swivel bracket to swivel.”

The swivel bracket was flat in the packaging box when it arrived. It won’t budge either to the left or right. see photo. Do you have a better solution that works?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The swivel bracket was not to one side...it was flat in the packaging and it will not budge. We can not turn the swiveling bracket against the upper spine when tightening the bolts because it won't budge. Any other suggestions?

If the swivel front is to one side (for packing purposes), once you attach the side that is exposed, the weight/support of the stand and spine will allow you to pull towards the other side to attach it (page 14, step 21).
